Preis Sevnica d.o.o. Production and Office Building

At the beginning of March 2021, we commenced construction of a Production and Office Building for the company Preis Sevnica d.o.o.

During the first phase of works, we started the renovation of the roof, and later we will construct additions accommodating office premises.

All planned works are expected to be completed by the end of August 2021.

From above the production hall, we will dismantle the dilapidated roofing covering and ceiling linings, which will be replaced with a new roof system and the associated lighting elements – a flat roof with a surface area of 1,640m2.

Within the existing production facility, we will build a prefabricated office building, which will cover a surface area of 250m2.

Simultaneously with the rehabilitation, we are also constructing a new office building, which will accommodate new office premises of the company Preis Sevnica d.o.o. in a total surface area of 150m2.
